Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all safety seals intact. We can not accept any returns that include opened packages.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at genate.help@snpthera.com. Â We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to add to your returned product. Â Â

Please do not return Genate Test Kits whether or not they are open. Â We will refund you the cost of processing the genetic sample, but ask that you discard the test kit safely. Â

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  You will be charged with a 25% restocking fee.  Test returns will be charged  $20 for the cost of the kit minus genetic sample processing.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
